3.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on pk999 is ৳100 per method. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made from the user's own registered account only; third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process, though this may take longer if verification is required or under unusual circumstances. Before requesting a withdrawal, users must complete the wagering requirements of any active bonus.

4.3 Identity Verification

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.

5.2 How Wagering Requirements Are Calculated

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be activated within a specified time period.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not be added.
• pk999 may cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion, particularly if fraud is suspected.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

pk999 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games. Each bet must be confirmed before it is placed, and once confirmed it cannot be cancelled unless pk999 itself cancels it due to a technical error.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, pk999 may apply its own judgment in determining the outcome of that game. This decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, pk999's specific rules will apply. In most cases the stake will be refunded, though the result of any already-completed portion of the bet may stand.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk999 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions.
• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game.
• Using coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit the platform's security systems or technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or pk999 staff.
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods or another person's funds.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by pk999

If a terms violation is suspected, during an investigation, or for security reasons, pk999 may temporarily suspend any account. During this period the user will not be able to access the platform.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact pk999's support team. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, any pending bonus balance will be cancelled if its wagering conditions have not been met.

8.3 Permanent Closure

In cases of serious terms violations, pk999 may permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, bonus balances and staked funds will not be returned.

9. Responsible Gaming
