pk999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. pk999 always ensures that every player can enjoy gaming safely, consciously, and responsibly.
Why Is Responsible Betting Important?
Online gaming and betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. At pk999, we believe every player enjoys themselves most when they play within a set budget and time limit. If betting starts to have a negative impact on daily life beyond entertainment, that can be a sign of a problem.
We want all users of our platform to know that pk999 offers various safety features — such as deposit limits, time-out, and full self-exclusion. On this page you can learn how to use these features and where to seek help if needed.
Please note: opening an account and participating in any betting activity at pk999 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age verification is an essential step for us.
pk999's Safety Tools
We help you stay in control of your gaming experience in a simple and effective way.
Set Deposit Limits
You decide the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded.
Time-Out (Break)
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period, no betting activity will be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can use self-exclusion to keep your account closed for an extended period. The support team will assist you through the entire process.
Age Verification (21+)
Creating a pk999 account and participating in any gaming activity is for players aged 21 and above only. Age verification is mandatory during registration.
Reality Check (Time Reminder)
At set intervals, pk999 will remind you how long you have been playing. Awareness is the first step to staying safe.
Transaction & Betting History
Your full deposit, withdrawal, and betting history is available in your account. Review your activity and adjust your limits as needed.
Recognize the Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the following signs seem to apply to you or someone close to you, it is time to seek help.
- Repeatedly placing larger bets in hopes of winning back lost money — this is the most common and dangerous sign.
- Feeling that betting is more important than family, friends, or work, and experiencing strain in relationships.
- Hiding your betting account balance and activity from family or loved ones.
- Spending money on betting instead of essential expenses — rent, food, education.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when unable to play, and having difficulty concentrating.
- Repeatedly trying to stop betting but failing, and spending more time or money than intended.
The Way Out of the Problem
pk999 believes that by taking the right steps, it is possible to overcome any problem.
